West End Ave, New York

This building had a floor that is almost 100 years old.  Our sanding would be the last this floor would ever have.  It was in bad shape and had various stain marks from which you could see its entire history.

We came in and first stripped, then sanded the floors and finished with custom made dark walnut/ebony dyed stain.  

You can see from the pictures below that it turned out really gorgeous and probably somewhat similar to what the original was 100 years ago.
